Machinists who repair engines
An independent diesel engine repair workshop with a full in-house machine shop, working from one site behind Yerevan Steel Factory in Industrial Area 15, Sharjah.
What the company actually is
The machines came first
Most engine repairers do not own machine tools. They strip an engine, decide what needs machining, and send the crankshaft, the block and the head to somebody else's shop. That is a normal way to run a business and there is nothing dishonest about it — but it settles a great deal about what the customer can be offered.
A repairer who does not own a crankshaft grinder cannot really tell you whether your crankshaft is worth grinding. He can pass the question on, wait, and relay the answer.
This company was built the other way round. The machines came first, and the engine work grew around them. That order matters, because it determines what happens when a component is borderline. A workshop whose own machines are standing idle has a reason to look hard at whether your part can be saved. A workshop that would have to buy the machining from a third party has a reason to recommend a new part instead — and, to be fair to it, often genuinely believes that is the better advice.

The position
Repair what everyone else replaces
A dealer's incentive is to sell you a new crankshaft. Ours is to save the one you already have, and we can act on that because the grinder is in this building.
But it only works if it is honest, so it comes with a second half. Whether a component can be saved is not our opinion and it is not yours. It is a measurement.
Repairability depends on ovality, hardness, bend, crack depth, and how much material remains above the manufacturer's bottom limit. Those are five numbers, taken with instruments, written on a sheet. When they say the part is finished, we say so, in writing, with the readings attached — and that answer costs the customer the inspection and nothing else.
That is why the first thing we ask for is almost never a decision. It is a part to measure.
- Independent
We hold no engine brand dealership, and we say so plainly. Choosing an independent over a dealer is a deliberate decision — and the reason to make it is the incentive.
- Diesel only
Diesel engines, generator sets, fuel injection and machining. Those things, and nothing else.
- Owner-operated
The key person is active in the workshop and answers clients directly. You speak to the people doing the work.
