Common questions

Before you call

Will you quote before seeing the part?

We will tell you the method and what we would measure. We will not put a figure on engine work before inspecting it — that figure would be a guess.

Do I have to commit to the repair to get an inspection?

No. The readings are yours either way, with the manufacturer's limits beside them — including “replace it” where that is the honest answer.

Can extra work be added to my bill without asking me?

No. If the scope changes, the machine stops and you get a phone call. Nothing is cut, ordered or invoiced without your agreement.

What should I send to get a useful answer?

Engine make and model, what it is doing, and two photographs — the data plate and the damage. That beats a long description.

How long will my job take?

You get a committed date with the quotation, once the part has been inspected. Tell us at the start if it is urgent and it is prioritised.

Can you collect from my site?

Usually. Sharjah, Dubai, Ajman and the northern emirates are regular runs — tell us what it is and roughly what it weighs.

Do you work on site, or in the workshop?

Both. Diagnosis, panels, sensors, cooling and fuel work happen where the machine stands. Machining, rewinding, calibration and full overhauls come to Industrial Area 15 — those machines do not travel.

Are you a Caterpillar, Cummins or Perkins dealer?

No. We are independent and hold no brand dealership. That is the point: our incentive is to save your part, not sell you a new one.
